Technical Overview The Compliance Playbook® includes a desktop-based Compliance Designer which allows you to access and customize the pre-loaded Compliance Playbook® best practice templates; document your own processes and compliance / testing activities from scratch; output information to various reports and Visio® and much more. The Designer also includes the ability to integrate and link available documents and corporate resources to the defined processes. Resources can include anything from documents to web pages to software applications to data to people. This flexibility allows for updated information and resources to be added and deployed instantly, in response to new business activities or changes in compliance requirements. The Compliance Playbook® then utilizes an easy-to-use Compliance Web Publishing Wizard and Compliance Viewers that enables mid to emerging business to deploy completed compliance processes with linked resources to a Compliance Intranet website, thus providing broad-scale, instant access to authorized users in one location, or multiple locations. You can configure the Compliance Playbook® to meet your needs by adding Designers and Viewers as required.	..... Each average-sized control plan requires approximately 2 MB of disk space. - 128 MB RAM (2000/XP) - 256 MB RAM recommended - A licensed copy of Microsoft Visio® is required for automatic flowcharting -HTML Compliance Intranetweb page files typically occupy 1-2 MB of disk space per published process control plan.
