Training for the Compliance Playbook® is delivered either remotely over
the Internet (via WebEx), or on-site. Many customers prefer the remote
training option in order to expedite project progress and reduce overall
implementation time and cost. You pick the option that best works for
your company.

The Compliance Playbook® is backed by an annual maintenance and support
program that entitles your organization to technical telephone support
and a semi-annual product update that includes product and template
updates to keep your compliance investment up-to-date.

Consulting Services
The Compliance Playbook® has been designed to help you significantly lessen
your requirements for external consulting support. This reduces cost and
improves overall ownership by your team with respect to internal control
effectiveness.
However, we also recognize that every organization is different in terms
of staffing, resources and experience level with respect to internal controls
and related compliance. To meet your needs you can pick Consulting Service
levels that vary from lean to extensive.
